Douglass leads the company’s financial strategy and operations with a sharp focus on fiscal discipline and data-driven decision-making. He is responsible for overseeing core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, key pillars that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. In close collaboration with executive leadership, Douglass ensures that financial planning is aligned with laboratory project cycles, capital equipment investments, and evolving regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Pantechs, he spent over 22 years in public accounting with a focus on audit, tax, and regulatory compliance. Over the course of his career, he has advised local governments, nonprofits, and private companies throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Douglass holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University.
