Ryan Holcomb

President

Ryan is the President of Pantechs, a role he has held since 2021 after serving as Vice President beginning in 2016. A petroleum engineer by training, Ryan earned his degree from Texas Tech University in 2002 and went on to build a diverse career across the oil and gas industry. In 2010, he founded a consulting company in Midland, where he supported numerous operators in executing complex projects and programs. Drawing on over two decades of industry experience, Ryan brings technical expertise and leadership to guide Pantechs’ continued growth and innovation.

Vicente Martinez

Laboratory Manager

Vicente is the Laboratory Manager at Pantechs where he oversees all analytical testing operations and ensures the highest standards of data accuracy, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Since joining Pantechs in 2017 as a Laboratory Technician, Vicente has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, bringing hands-on expertise in sample analysis and method development. His leadership supports consistent, precise laboratory performance that underpins the company’s commitment to reliable results and customer confidence.

Dakota Kiser

Field Services Manager

Dakota serves as the Field Services Manager at Pantechs, where he oversees field operations, technician development, and the execution of customer sampling throughout the Permian Basin and surrounding regions. Having grown within the organization, he combines hands-on field experience with operational leadership to drive efficiency and consistency across the department.
